GCAA provides a leadership course that gives industry professionals an all-encompassing view of the aggregates industry.  This course is called Leadership Development Course.   The 2024 course is currently in development.

In addition to the Producer Members, the course is open to Associate Members. The classes are taught by industry professionals who have many years experience in their respective fields.  Students who attend range from plant managers to sales reps to mobile equipment operators to accountants and beyond.  Students who participate in the course have been identified as potential leaders for their companies.
